On November 1, 2016, First NBC Bank (the “Bank”), the wholly-owned banking subsidiary of First NBC Bank Holding Company (the “Company”), reported preliminary, unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2016. A copy of the Bank’s press release containing this information is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference. The financial results reported did not include preliminary, unaudited financial results of the Company, on a consolidated basis, but represented preliminary, unaudited financial results at the subsidiary level.
