EXPLANATORY NOTE
On May 10, 2017, SodaStream International Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its first quarter results for the period ended March 31, 2017. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 herewith.
In conjunction with the conference call being held on May 10, 2017, the Company also is releasing commentary from its Chief Financial Officer and a PowerPoint presentation with additional information, furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.2 and Exhibit 99.3, respectively.
