RELEVANT INFORMATION
Bogotá, May 22, 2020.Grupo Aval Acciones y Valores S.A. informs that today, Banco de Bogotá S.A., through its subsidiary Leasing Bogotá S.A. Panama (LBP), acquired 96.6% of the common shares of the Panamanian company Multi Financial Group, Inc., parent of the bank Multibank (Panama), for an amount of US$433,849,699.77.
The acquisition was funded with LBP's own resources.
