Change in Executive Officer
Mr. Himanshu Verma has resigned as Chief Technology Officer of the Company and his employment ended on September 20, 2018. As part of our ongoing efforts to streamline our business and optimize operating cost, Mr. Manish Amin, our Co-Founder & Chief Information Officer, assumed the additional role of Chief Technology Officer on September 20, 2018 and is now designated Co-Founder & Chief Information and Technology Officer.
