As previously announced, Trinseo S.A. (the “Company”) will hold an Investor Day for investors and analysts beginning at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Friday, November 11, 2016, at the St. Regis Hotel in New York City with presentations by Chris Pappas, President and Chief Executive Officer; Barry Niziolek, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and other members of the Company’s executive management team. A copy of the presentation slides, which will be discussed during these presentations, is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.  Additionally, the Company’s product displays available at the Investor Day event are furnished as Exhibit 99.2 hereto.

Also as previously announced, the Investor Day presentations will be available via a live webcast.  A link to the live webcast is available on the Company’s investor relations website, which may be accessed by clicking on the “Investors” heading at the top of the Company’s homepage, www.trinseo.com. A replay of the webcast, along with the presentation slides, will be available on the investor relations website and will remain posted until November 11, 2017.
