On August 2, 2018, STORE Capital Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the second fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2018. The press release is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference. Additionally, on August 2, 2018, the Company issued its 2018 second quarter investor presentation containing operating and financial data of the Company. The investor presentation is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and incorporated herein by reference. The press release and the investor presentation are also available on the Company’s website.
