CNH Industrial Capital LLC will be making a presentation containing certain information regarding its fourth quarter of 2022 and full year 2022 results at the ABS SFVegas 2023 Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada from February 26 to March 1, 2023. A copy of that presentation is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
