East to West Solar Portfolio acquires two additional solar generation assets in Florida
On April 17, 2015, Greenbacker Renewable Energy Company LLC (the “Company”), through a wholly-owned subsidiary, announced that it has separately signed two solar asset agreements, on April 13, 2015 and April 16, 2015, to acquire a total of 2.05 Megawatts of operating solar power facilities located in Gainesville, Florida (“Gainesville Solar”), on two commercial properties, for a purchase price of USD $4,150,000 plus closing costs.
A copy of the press release relating to the acquisition of Gainesville Solar is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by this reference.
