First assets acquired by the Magnolia Sun Portfolio in Tennessee
On August 18, 2015, Greenbacker Renewable Energy Company LLC (the “Company”), through Magnolia Sun LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary, signed a purchase and sale agreement to acquire a total of 3.0 Megawatts of operating solar power facilities located in Fayetteville, Tennessee (“Powerhouse One”), on four commercial properties, for a purchase price of approximately USD $7,500,000.
A copy of the press release relating to the acquisition of Powerhouse One is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by this reference.
