On January 8, 2015, the Reporting Person was granted non-qualified stock options by UBL Interactive, Inc., (the "Issuer") under the 2010 Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan of the Issuer to receive three-year, fully vested stock options to purchase up to 120,000 shares of the Issuer's common stock, par value $0.01 per share.
