Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 5, 2013, QTS Realty Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the operating results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2013 of its predecessor, QualityTech, LP. The Company completed its initial public offering and related formation transactions on October 15, 2013, pursuant to which the Company became the general partner of QualityTech, LP. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and a copy of the Supplemental Information for the Quarter ended September 30, 2013 is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
