Explanatory Note
This Current Report on Form 8-K/A amends the Current Report on Form 8-K that RE/MAX Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 22, 2024 (the “Initial 8-K”) to provide the date that the employment of Nick Bailey, Former President and CEO of RE/MAX, LLC (“RE/MAX”), formally ended.
Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangement of Certain Officers.
In the Initial 8-K, the Company announced that Amy Lessinger was promoted to President of RE/MAX effective February 22, 2024. Mr. Bailey has been in a transitional role and his employment formally ended effective March 12, 2024.
