RE/MAX Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) is deeply saddened to report that Laura Kelly passed away on March 15, 2024. Ms. Kelly had been a member of the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) since 2020 and served on the Audit Committee and Compensation Committee. The Board and the Company express their gratitude for Ms. Kelly’s many contributions.
The Board has not named a replacement Board member for Ms. Kelly.
