Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 17, 2015, RSP Permian, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a news release regarding its financial and operating results and proved reserves for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2014. A copy of the news release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
