DigitalCaddiesInc.Proposal
Thefollowingproposalisbeingsubmitted betweentheNationalServiceCooperative,Inc.(NSC)andDigitalCaddiesInc.onthe12thDayofDecember,2012.
ServiceNetworkandProgramDevelopment:
TheNSCwillutilizeitsnationalservicenetworktoprovidethelogisticalimplementationofanationalinstallationprogramondesignatedDigitalCaddiesInc.equipment.Inaddition,TheNSCisavailabletohandlethedistributionofthereplacement partsand/orkits. Thisagreement and theservicesprovidedby NSChereunder; andeach individualservice provider within theNSCservicenetwork,shall besubject to NSC’s standard terms and conditions.
TheNSCwillutilizeitssystemofserviceprovidersinallstates.ThisensuresthatwehavecoverageintheContinentalUnitedStates,AlaskaandHawaii. Thecontractwillbebetweenthe NSC andthe serviceproviders sothe onlyentitythatDigitalCaddiesInc. hastocontract with istheNSC.
TheNSCwillsetupaseparate800#tohandleallneedsassociatedwiththisinstallation.InadditiontheNSCwilldevelopascopeofworkandresponsibilitiesthatboththeNSCandtheservice providershaveagreed upon that will establish standards for theNSC,DigitalCaddiesInc. and the Service Provider.
TheNSCcanestablishacentralizedwarehousedistributionfacilityforthedistributionofthereplacementpartsandkitsthroughouttheUnitedStates.TheWarehouseAgentwouldmaintainaninventorymanagementofbothinboundandoutboundparceldeliveries.Allinboundandoutboundshippingcharges would be paidbyDigitalCaddiesInc.upon receipt of an invoice from theNSC.No additionalwarehousingfees willbe chargedotherthantheactualshippingcharges.
CommunicationCenterforInstallations:
TheNSCwillmanagea24/7/365communicationcentertoadministertheimplementationofthisinstallationprogramforDigitalCaddiesInc. ThiswillallowDigitalCaddiesInc.tohaveapresencealongwithacentralizedlocationinthe UnitedStates thatwillbe managed bytheNationalServiceCooperative to handle their entire administrationprocess for the installation program.This includes:
Maintenanceofadedicated800#forDigitalCaddies;Maintenancetooperatea24/7/365liveoperatingsystem;Maintenancefordedicatedagents;
Maintenanceofaserviceprovidernetworkandcommunication;Maintenanceofthedatabasesystem;
Maintenanceofhardwareandtelecommunicationsequipment;
Maintenanceofsoftwaresystemforthedevelopmentofassetmanagementreports;
Foreachunitthatisdispatchedforinstallation,thefollowingwilltakeplace:
Collectingallrequiredinformation;Distributionofinstallationkits(ifneeded);
Conductbasictroubleshootingforinstallationtoeliminateadditionalcostsonsite;Enteringcallintosoftwaresystemandsendingtoserviceprovider;
Handleanytechnical/partsissueswithinstallationkits(eachservicecallwillaverageaminimumof6communicationincidents;phone,e-mail,fax);
Verificationformperunit(s)acknowledgingthatinstallationwascompletedproperly;
