On October 8, 2018, Summit Therapeutics plc (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the voluntary surrender of options to subscribe for 5,532,461 ordinary shares of the Company by certain of the Company’s United Kingdom-based employees. The related press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
