On October 26, 2015, Bojangles’ Restaurants, Inc. (“BRI”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bojangles’, Inc., entered into an interest rate swap with Bank of America, N.A. to hedge the floating rate interest risk on $50 million of its debt. The interest rate swap has an effective date of October 30, 2015 and a maturity date of October 31, 2019.
Under the terms of the swap, on a notional amount of $50 million, BRI will pay a fixed interest rate of 1.115% to the swap counterparty and will receive interest from the swap counterparty at a variable rate based on one month LIBOR.
