Bojangles’, Inc. (the “Company”) is scheduled to present at the Barclays Eat, Sleep, Play — It’s All Discretionary Conference at Barclays headquarters in New York City on Tuesday, December 8, 2015. The Company will hold investor meetings on December 8, 2015 and will webcast its presentation live beginning at 1:00 p.m. ET. The presentation will also be archived on the Investor Relations section of the Company’s website at www.bojangles.com.
Pursuant to Regulation FD, the Company hereby furnishes the presentation materials attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K, which information is incorporated into this Item 7.01 by this reference. A related press release announcing the Company’s participation in the conference was previously issued.
