Explanation of Responses:

1. Zhong Hui Holding Limited ("ZHHL") sold an aggregate of 170,000 shares ("Shares") of common stock of the issuer at the purchase price of $0.017 per share to Tim Richerson and Peter Nathanial, directors and officers of the Issuer, pursuant to a Securities Assignment Agreement dated October 11, 2017.

2. Qi Zhang, the Chairman of the Issuer, is the sole owner of ZHHL, may be deemed the beneficial owner of the securities held by ZHHL and has sole voting and dispositive control over such securities.
