This Amendment No. 2 on Form8-K/A (this “Amendment No. 2”) amends the Current Report on Form8-K of Cue Biopharma, Inc. (the “Company”) originally filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) on November 8, 2018, and previously amended on Form8-K/A filed with the Commission on November 13, 2018, to file Exhibit 10.1 filed herewith.

The press release issued by Cue Biopharma, Inc. on December 20, 2018 is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form8-K.
