The securities to be registered hereunder are common shares of beneficial interest, $0.01 par value per share (the “Shares”), of Invesco BulletShares 2027 High Yield Corporate Bond ETF and Invesco BulletShares 2029 Corporate Bond ETF (the “Funds”), each a series of Invesco Exchange-Traded Self-Indexed Fund Trust (the “Trust”). An application for listing of the Shares of the Funds has been filed with and approved by The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC.
A description of the Shares is contained in Post-Effective Amendment No. 53 to the Trust’s Registration Statement onForm N-1A (FileNos. 333-221046; 811-23304) as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 4, 2019, which description is incorporated herein by reference.
