2. The sale reported in this Form 4 was effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 instruction adopted on March 8, 2024.

3. The price reported represents the ADS sale price on the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC divided by eight (8).

4. The price reported represents a weighted average price of the ADSs divided by eight (8). The securities were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $3.125 to $3.246875 per Ordinary Share, inclusive (or $25.00 to $25.99 per ADS, inclusive).
