On May 9, 2017, the Registrant convened an extraordinary meeting of shareholders and ADS holders and an extraordinary meeting of holders of Series-1 Stock Options. The Registrant’s ordinary shareholders, ADS holders and holders of Series-1 Stock Options passed all agenda items as originally proposed, as described further in Exhibit 99.1 to the Registrant’s Form 6-K furnished by the Registrant to the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 4, 2017.
