On May 29, 2017, the Central District Court located in Lod (the “Court”) approved the arrangement between the Company and its security holders according to which (i) the exercise period of the Warrants shall be extended to a date that is 80 days from Court’s approval (i.e., August 17, 2017); (ii) the exercise price of the Warrants shall be reduced from NIS 1.85 per warrant to NIS 1.20 per warrant; and (iii) the Ordinary Shares of the Company shall be delisted from the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (subject to approval by the Company’s board of directors). The Company’s American Depositary Receipts will continue to trade on the NASDAQ.
