3. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $139.06 to $139.69, inclusive. 4. This option was granted on November 13, 2017, 25% of the shares vested on November 13, 2018 and the remaining shares vest in 36 equal monthly installments on the first day of each succeeding calendar month.
