On December 11, 2019, Leigh Ann Fisher, Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Alcoa Corporation (the “Company”), provided notice to the Company of her decision to retire from this position effective April 1, 2020, after which she has agreed to remain an employee for a certain period of time to ensure a smooth transition of her duties.
