On August 9, 2017, ASV Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it had filed its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the second quarter ended June 30, 2017 (the “Press Release”). The full text of the Press Release is being furnished
as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. The Company also posted presentation slides (Exhibit 99.2) that will be referenced during the conference call and webcast which will take place today August 9, 2017 at 4:30 pm eastern time to discuss second quarter 2017 results. Both exhibits can be accessed from the Investor Relations section of the Company’s website at www.asvi.com.
The Press Release references certain non-GAAP financial measures. A reconciliation of these non-GAAP financial measures to the comparable GAAP financial measures is contained in the Press Release. Disclosures regarding definitions of these financial measures used by the Company and why the Company’s management believes these financial measures provide useful information to investors is also included in the Press Release.
