Item 8.01. Other Events.
On June 18, 2018, an agreement (“Amendment No.1 to Pooling and Servicing Agreement” or the “Amendment”) was entered into by and between Wells Fargo Commercial Mortgage Securities, Inc., as depositor, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as master servicer Rialto Capital Advisors, LLC, as special servicer, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as certificate administrator, Wilmington Trust, National Association, as trustee, and Pentalpha Surveillance LLC, as operating advisor and as asset representations reviewer, amending the Pooling and Servicing Agreement (the “Pooling and Servicing Agreement”) previously filed asExhibit 4.1 to Form 8-K/A dated and filed on April 19, 2017 with respect to BANK 2017-BNK4. The purpose of the Amendment was to provide for a legal fee reserve account that was established in connection with the BANK 2017-BNK4 transaction. Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings set forth in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
