Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On July 7, 2021, Custom Truck One Source, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release (attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1) announcing that members of its senior management will present at the CJS Annual New Ideas Conference on Tuesday, July 13, 2021. The presentation is scheduled to begin at 1:35 p.m. Eastern Time. Such presentations may include a discussion of the Company's business, financial performance and forward-looking information.
