On August 3, 2021, Custom Truck One Source, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that it will release second quarter 2021 earnings and conduct a quarterly earnings conference call and webcast on Thursday, August 12, 2021 during which the Company will discuss second quarter 2021 results. The press release containing the conference call and webcast information is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
