Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On July 1, 2020, Krystal Biotech, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing updated positive results from its Phase 1/2 clinical trial evaluating topical administration of KB105 in patients with autosomal recessive congenital ichthyosis (ARCI) associated with mutations in the TGM1 gene.
