Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On March 28, 2022, Talos Energy Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the that it has received the final Unitization Resolution from Mexico’s Ministry of Energy regarding the development of the Zama field in offshore Mexico. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.
