On April 12, 2022, Talos Energy Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company’s President & CEO, Timothy S. Duncan, will participate in a one-on-one fireside chat with Jeff Robertson of Water Tower Research on April 14, 2022. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.
