On February 22, 2024, BayCom Corp (the “Company”) issued the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference announcing the declaration of a cash dividend on the Company’s common stock of $0.10 per share, payable on April 12, 2024 to stockholders of record as of March 8, 2024.
A copy of the press release is filed with this report and incorporated herein by reference.
