Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On March 18, 2024, Rocco Davis resigned as a director of BayCom Corp (the “Company”). The decision by Mr. Davis to resign was not a result of any disagreement with the Board of Directors (the “Board”) or management of the Company.
The Board intends to reduce the number of directors of the Company to eliminate the vacancy created by the resignation of Mr. Davis.
