Effective April 4, 2021, Messrs. Subhasis Roy and Eric Konofal, MD, Ph.D., were appointed as Interim Chief Financial Officer and Interim Chief Scientific Officer, respectively, of NLS Pharmaceutics Ltd. (the “Registrant”).
