EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Form 8-K/A amends the Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Form 8-K”), dated and filed as of February 27, 2019, with respect to the Wells Fargo Commercial Mortgage Trust 2020-C55. The purpose of this amendment is to make clerical and other minor revisions to the agreement filed asExhibit 4.1 to the Form 8-K. The agreement previously filed asExhibit 4.1 is hereby amended and restated in its entirety by the version attached hereto. No other changes are being made hereby to the Form 8-K other than the changes described above. Capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings assigned to them in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement filed asExhibit 4.1 to the Form 8-K.
