1. Shares are held by George Tidmarsh, Trustee George Francis Tidmarsh 2021 Irrevocable Trust with respect to which George Tidmarsh is a trustee.

2. Represents the weighted-average price at which shares were purchased within a range between $2.50 and $2.6817. The Reporting Person undertakes to provide to the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares purchased at each separate price within the range.

3. The original Form 4, filed on February 8, 2022, is being amended by this Form 4 amendment to include shares purchased directly that were inadvertently omitted in the original filing.
