Explanation of Responses:

1. In connection with Petra Acquisition, Inc.'s business combination, all shares were redeemed for cash at $10.20 per share, which is equal to the pro rata share of the aggregate amount in the Company's trust account.

2. The Common Stock is directly owed by Feis Equities LLC. Lawrence Feis, as the Managing Member of Feis Equities LLC will also be deemed to beneficially own the shares.
