Item 2.02Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On July 29, 2024, SES AI Corporation (the “Company”) released a letter to its shareholders, which includes a business update and the Company’s financial results for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2024. A copy of the letter to shareholders is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
On July 29, 2024, the Company issued a press release announcing the release of the letter to shareholders. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.2.
