Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents shares gifted to the Reporting Person by White Marble International Limited in a transaction that did not involve the exchange of consideration. Xiaodi Hou, the Issuer's Chief Technology Officer and a member of the Board of Directors, in his capacity as Manager of the Reporting Person, has voting and dispositive power with respect to the shares held by the Reporting Person.

2. Each share of Class B Common Stock is convertible into one share of Class A Common Stock at the option of the holder and has no expiration date.

3. The shares are held by White Marble International Limited, a company incorporated in Samoa and beneficially owned by the Reporting Person for purposes of Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended
