1.51. | “Know-How” means any information and materials, including records, discoveries, Inventions, improvements, modifications, processes, techniques, methods, assays, chemical or biological materials, designs, protocols, formulas, data (including physical data, chemical data, toxicology data, animal data, raw data, clinical data, and analytical and quality control data), dosage regimens, control assays, product specifications, marketing, algorithms, technology, forecasts, profiles, strategies, plans, results in any form whatsoever, know-how and trade secrets, technology, compositions, reagents, constructs, compounds, discoveries, results of experimentation or testing, skill and experience, papers, invention disclosures, blueprints, drawings, research data and results, flowcharts, diagrams, chemical compositions, formulae, diaries, notebooks, compilations of information, customer and supplier lists, pricing and cost information, and business and marketing plans and proposals, and all claims and rights related thereto (in each case, patentable, copyrightable, or otherwise). |
