On July 7, 2023, Mondee Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation, (the "Company") distributed an email to certain certain individuals in the investment community, including stockholders of the Company, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, announcing that the Company will hold an event on July 19, 2023 presenting the launch of the Company’s new technology platform (the "Event"). Attendees may register to attend on
https://investors.Mondee.com (the "Website"). Following the Event, a webcast of the Event will be available to view on the Website.
