Item 8.01 Other Events.
On December 18, 2024, TransCode Therapeutics, Inc. (“TransCode”) issued a press release announcing safety review committee approval of opening third cohort and preliminary results from first cohort in Phase 1 TTX-MC138 clinical trial. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
