Explanatory Note
This Form 8-K/A amends the Current Report on Form 8-K, dated and filed on February 11, 2021 (the “Form 8-K”), with respect to BANK 2021-BNK31. The purpose of this amendment is to correct a schedule (Schedule 2) that was included in the previously filed Exhibit 4.1. Accordingly, Exhibit 4.1 to the Form 8-K is hereby amended and restated in its entirety by the corrected version of the agreement attached hereto as Exhibit 4.1. No other changes have been made to the Form 8-K other than the changes described above.
