On November 9, 2023, an agreement (“Amendment No. 1 to Pooling and Servicing Agreement” or the “Amendment”) was entered into by and between Wells Fargo Commercial Mortgage Securities, Inc., as depositor, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as general master servicer, KeyBank National Association, as general special servicer, National Cooperative Bank, N.A., as NCB master servicer and as NCB special servicer, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as certificate administrator, Wilmington Trust, National Association, as trustee, and Park Bridge Lender Services LLC, as operating advisor and as asset representations reviewer, amending the Pooling and Servicing Agreement (the “Pooling and Servicing Agreement”) previously filed as Exhibit 4.1 to Form 8-K dated and filed on February 11, 2021, as amended by Form 8-K/A dated February 11, 2021 and filed on March 8, 2021, with respect to BANK 2021-BNK31. The purpose of the Amendment was to correct an error in the definition of “NCB Mortgage Loans” in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement. Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings set forth in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
