However, our efforts in identifying prospective target businesses will not be limited to businesses in the internet industry. We are dependent upon our directors and officers and their departure could adversely affect our ability to operate.
Our operations are dependent upon a relatively small group of individuals and in particular, Terry Pearce, Executive Vice Chairman, Tony Pearce, Executive Chairman, and Daniel S. Webb, our Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Director. We believe that our success depends on the continued service of our directors and officers, at least until we have completed our initial business combination.
