Explanation of Responses:

1. Due to administrative error, the original Form 4 reported the sale of 1,890 shares for payment of tax obligations. This amendment reflects the correct amount of shares sold. Column 5 reflects the number of shares beneficially owned by the reporting person, as of December 2, 2021, following the corrected transaction.

2. The price in Column 4 is a weighted average sale price. The prices actually received ranged from $21.29 to $21.85. The reporting person will provide to the issuer, any security holder of the issuer, or the SEC staff, upon request, information regarding the number of shares sold at each price within the range.
