Explanation of Responses:

1. Each restricted stock unit ("RSU") represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock upon settlement for no consideration.

2. Reflects a grant of RSUs to Reporting Person, a director of the Issuer, which will vest at the earlier of (i) the next annual shareholder meeting of the Issuer after July 14, 2022 (the "Vesting Commencement Date") or (ii) the 12 month anniversary of the Vesting Commencement Date.

3. The Reporting Person serves as Chief Investment Officer, Europe, Russia and Turkey for Qatar Investment Authority, the ultimate parent of QIA FIG Holding LLC. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of all shares of the Issuer held of record and all shares of the Issuer which may be acquired upon exercise of warrants to purchase common stock held of record by QIA FIG Holding LLC.
