Explanation of Responses:

1. On July 29, 2024, Templar LLC transferred 100,000 Class A ordinary shares of the Issuer to Templar Subco LLC, Templar LLC's wholly owned subsidiary.

2. The shares are owned directly by Templar LLC. Mr. Bransfield is the manager of Templar LLC. Mr. Bransfield disclaims beneficial ownership of the securities held by Templar LLC, except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.

3. The shares are owned directly by Templar Subco LLC. Mr. Bransfield is the manager of Templar Subco LLC. Mr. Bransfield disclaims beneficial ownership of the securities held by Templar Subco LLC, except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
